Insured Students have access to nurses

Students who utilize the Student Health Insurance benefit as an ACSA member have access to 24/7 support through Nurseline. UnitedHealthcare StudentResources is committed to supporting students to ensure that they can achieve their academic goals. We’re pleased to offer a unique, blended solution, the Collegiate Assistance Program (CAP). CAP provides access to a high quality Nurseline service as well as a Student Assistance Program designed to help students manage common problems and stressors that can detract from academic success. With one toll-free number and one call, students get the support they need when they need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Nurseline portion of the Collegiate Assistance Program can be integrated with schools’ student health services programs for an enhanced level of service. Each enhanced level school is assigned a dedicated, toll-free number and receives daily activity reports of all student calls to the Nurseline service.
